Reading and Writing
We have planned English lessons using BBC Daily Lessons, which can be found on the weekly timetable. These are great lessons with videos and games to help your children to learn and have links to worksheets on Twinkl to complete. We will also be using these lessons with our 'key worker' children in school.
Please encourage your children to read on a regular basis. We will set books, quizzes and writing activities on Purple Mash for them to complete and hand in. As we will be unable to change your children’s reading books in school, we have set up an account for them to use on Oxford Owl where you can access other books within their book colour band to continue to read.
To use Oxford Owl, you need to click on ‘My class login’.
