World War 2

Carrying on from autumn 1, we are really looking forward to continuing our WWII topic. This term we will be learning about significant events that took place during the war including The Blitz, The Battle of Britain and Pearl Harbour. We will also be finding out about German and British aeroplanes, the impact on women and what precautions the British people took to keep themselves safe whilst at home. The topic will end with an understanding about the VE celebrations. 

Alongside this, we will be wearing our poppy t-shirts with pride that we designed and made in the first term to mark Remembrance Day. Please visit again soon to check out our photos.
