Mini Project

On Saturday night a rocket was launched in to space with astronauts on board.

Watch a video clip of the launch and then research facts about the rocket so that you can write some factual sentences. Below are some things to find out about.

When you have finished, draw a picture of the rocket or make a model using boxes, cardboard tubes, card, whatever you have available.

 

• What is the rocket called?
• How many astronauts were on board? Can you find out their names?
• Where did the rocket go to? How long did it take to get there?
• Where did the rocket take off from?
