How is living in the USA different to living in the UK?
Year 5 & 6 have had a great start to the year learning about America. Our topic question ‘How is living in the USA different to living in the UK?’ has provided many exciting lessons and discussions within class. We have been able to apply our geographical skills by locating the USA, labelling the states, comparing the landscape in different regions, discovering various tribes when learning about Native Americans, comparing what democracy looks like across the two countries and recognising the influence America has on the rest of the world.
