Tell Me A Story
This half term the children have been focusing on traditional tales and our favourite story themes. We started the half term with learning all about the season winter and then start our ‘Tell me a Story’ theme. The children began with some traditional tales and stories, including Goldilocks and the Three Bears and The Three Billy Goats Gruff. The children then choose their own favourite themes and stories, including, pirates, dinosaurs and Supertato. During the half term the children have taken part in different activities relating to our favourite stories.
We have continued learning about different celebrations throughout the year and this half term the children focused on how people celebrate Chinese New Year – This was the year of the Snake
