Nursery Graduation

Science visit from KS3
Wed 20 Jul 2022So many events towards the end of term - we enjoyed having a visit from the KS3 Science team at Heanor Gate Spencer Academy - testing foods with different qualitative reagents. We carried out Benedict's Test, the biuret test and used iodine, looking for sugars, starches and proteins. Year 5 loved it!

Instrument tuition
Wed 08 Jun 2022Pleased to announce that from September we will be adding strings to the music tuition available for KS2 children. Anyone want to learn the violin, viola, cello or double bass? (We will continue to have piano, guitar and drum lessons too).
